Centre for Victims of Torture, Nepal celebrates the international human rights day 2011 with gusto. A rally was taken out in Kathmandu with participation from many human rights organizations, the NHRC, the police and army in support of the human rights day followed by a showcasing of different organizations work at the National Human Rights Commission's office. This was again followed by speeches from the Prime minister, NHRC chairperson and other dignitaries.
